Booking on a Real Potential Programme - Terms and Conditions

  
     
  Important note: booking via the on-line form on the website constitutes acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.  
     
  Booking and Reservation

Once we have received your booking we will send you a provisional reservation and payment request.

At this point a place is guaranteed for 14 days and will be confirmed on receipt of payment.

  
     
  Payment of Invoices

Payment is due within 14 days of the payment request following the booking.

Payments can be made by bank transfer to our account, cheque, and credit/debit car

If the programme you are booking commences within 14 days you should choose to pay by credit card. Our staff will call you to take the card details. All payments must be received at least a day before the start of the programme.

On receipt of payment a confirmation of the place together with full joining instructions will be sent.

To take advantage of our book-early scheme the payment must be received at least two months before the start of the programme.

 
     
  Programme fees

Fees include all training sessions, workshops & exercises, materials and documentation, refreshments and lunch. Any additional discretionary items are not included in the programme fee.

 		 
     
  Accommodation and Bookings

To make the booking process easy and smooth for our customers we collect payment for the hotel and pass it on which means that customers only need to transact once. However, Real Potential is not an agent of the venue and no agency association can be construed. The contract regarding accommodation remains strictly between the customer and the hotel and will be booked in the name of the delegate or their company but facilitated by Real Potential. The full cost of accommodation is passed on to the hotel and Real Potential takes no part of it.

In the interests of our clients and the quality of the programme Real Potential reserve the right to change the venue of the programme at short notice. In this event we will move the programme to an equal or better level hotel at no additional cost to the client.

 
     
  Substitutions

If a booked customer (or, if a company, the customer's employee or delegate) is unable to attend then another person can be nominated to take their place. You will need to notify us in writing or by e-mail before the commencement of the programme.
